Biography:
Mr. Jagen has been an associate with Connell Foley since 1997. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Jagen graduated cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. During his law school career, he interned with the Honorable Alfred E. Lechner in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
Mr. Jagen is a member of the American Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association, and the Middlesex County Bar Association. He has been a member of the New Jersey Defense Association since 1997. Mr. Jagen also served as the Essex County Representattive to the Young Lawyers Division of the New Jersey State Bar Association in 2002.
Mr. Jagen focuses his practice on the defense of personal injury, automobile negligence, construction, occupational exposure, products liability, insurance coverage, consumer fraud, and complex commercial litigation.
