Biography:
Mr. McHenry is a partner in the firm's Business Litigation Department. His accomplishments prior to coming to Connell Foley LLP include serving as a research assistant at the United Nations Center for Human Rights in Geneva, Switzerland, and as a speech writer for Lt. Governor Nick Theodore of South Carolina. During law school, he was selected to represent Emory School of Law as a member of Moot Court Special Teams. Mr. McHenry’s practice involves the representation of clients in a variety of litigation matters with a particular emphasis on complex insurance coverage litigation and counseling, general litigation, environmental matters and mass tort litigation. He is a member of the Defense Research Institute and the U.S. Law Network’s Insurance/Bad Faith Practice Group. He also belongs to the Essex County, New Jersey State and American Bar Associations.
