Falanga to Speak at Commercial Real Estate Finance Seminar
Roseland, NJ, January 9, 2008 –
Stephen V. Falanga will speak at an upcoming Lorman Seminar entitled "Commercial Real Estate Finance in Challenging Times." The seminar, which is scheduled to take place in New York City on March 18, 2008, is designed for attorneys, corporate officers, financial professionals, and commercial real estate owners, brokers and developers. The program will inform real estate professionals and their advisors of the best techniques to navigate the potential pitfalls of real estate transactions, which have become even more complex and difficult in the present uncertainty of the market.
Mr. Falanga will present on two topics, "Workouts, Foreclosures, Default: What Steps Should You be Taking?" and "Who is on the Note?" He will also participate in a question and answer panel at the conclusion of the seminar.
