The Star-Ledger Quotes Pizzi on Cyber-Bullying Case

The Star-Ledger turned to Internet and Information Law chair
Peter J. Pizzi for insight into remedies available to victims of cyber-bullying, which involves the harassment of students in Internet chat rooms and sites devoted to user-created content, such as YouTube and MySpace. Mr. Pizzi's comments appeared in an article entitled "Lawsuit alleges Montville Student was Cyber-Bullied" in the November 29, 2007 edition of the newspaper.
Mr. Pizzi is the chair of the Internet and Information Technology practice group at Connell Foley. His experience in technology law has earned him the position of Co-Chair of the New Jersey State Bar Association's Internet and Computer Law Committee. In addition, Mr. Pizzi serves as Co-Chair of the Internet and Intellectual Property Committee of the New York State Bar Association’s Commercial and Federal Litigation Section.
