John K. Bennett moderated a panel discussion on "Legal Ethics and Electrons: E-Mail, Electronic Records and E-Discovery" at the National Association of College and University Attorneys ("NACUA") Workshop on November 9, 2007. This panel discussion addressed the responsibilities of in-house and outside counsel in areas of e-discovery. It was held during NACUA's November 2007 Workshop on "Law and Electrons: Computers, Copyright, Telecommunications, Privacy and Security on Campus," held at the Ritz-Carlton in Washington, D.C., from November 7-9, 2007. Mr. Bennett, who chairs Connell Foley's Labor & Employment Practice Group, represents employers, including Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey and other university clients, in labor and employment-related matters. NACUA is the premier association in the field of higher education law, with more than 700 member institutions encompassing more than 1,500 campuses and 3,300 attorneys.
