McAuley to Speak on Road and
Access Law Topics at
National Business Institute

will speak at an upcoming National Business Institute (NBI)
Seminar entitled "Road and Access Law." The seminar, which
is scheduled to take place at the Wyndham Garden Hotel in
Saddle Brook, New Jersey on Thursday, August 14, 2008, is
designed for professionals who want in-depth information on
road and access law.
Attorneys, surveyors,
engineers, developers, city and urban planners, local
officials, and real estate and title professionals attending
this session will gain valuable insight into this complex
