Mr. Hemrick joined the
firm in 2007 as an associate in the Bankruptcy, Reorganization and Creditors’ Rights and Business Litigation (Commercial Disputes) practice groups.
Mr. Hemrick received a B.A.,
magna cum laude, in Philosophy, Politics and Law in 2004 from Binghamton University, State University of New York, where he was elected into Phi Beta Kappa. He received his J.D.,
cum laude, in 2007 from St. John's University School of Law, where he was a St. Thomas More Scholar and an Articles Editor for the
St. John’s Law Review. While in law school, he was also a member of the school’s Securities Arbitration Clinic.
Mr. Hemrick is a member of the State Bar of New
York and New Jersey, and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court, District of New Jersey
Mr. Hemrick was a
summer associate at Connell Foley in 2006.
