Nicole B. Dory is an associate with the Business Litigation and Real Estate Law and Land Use practice groups. Prior to joining Connell Foley in September 2006, Ms. Dory attended Rutgers University School of Law and was a member of the Environmental Law Clinic and was a recipient of Haber Scholarship for Achievement in Environmental Law and Preservation.

 

Before attending law school, Ms. Dory worked as an environmental consultant, involved in all aspects of environmental due diligence and regulatory compliance. Ms. Dory also assessed various properties for environmental concerns, including historical land use and soil and/or groundwater contamination and monitored remedial investigations.
