Patrick Brannigan graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 1996, cum laude, with a Bachelor of Arts in History. While at Seton Hall University’s School of Law, Mr. Brannigan served as the Notes and Comments Editor of the Seton Hall Journal of Sport Law (2001-2002).

 

Since joining Connell Foley, Mr. Brannigan has been involved in a wide range of litigated matters, including complex commercial, insurance defense, insurance coverage, condominium conversion, products liability and breach of contract matters.  He participates in all aspects of litigation, including initial case assessment, written discovery, fact and expert depositions, trial and appellate practice.
