Biography:
Mr. Lyons is a member of the firm's labor and employment law group. He has worked primarily in the area of labor and employment law on behalf of management since graduating law school. Mr. Lyons has authored several articles most recently including "Close the Gap with EEOC Deference to Arbitration," New Jersey Law Journal, Vol. 170, No. 99 (October 14, 2002), p. 23, and "The Supreme Court Again Narrows the Scope of the Americans With Disability Act," Labor and Employment Law Quarterly of the New Jersey Bar Association, Vol. 26, No. 2 (Fall 2002).
Mr. Lyons is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association Labor and Employment Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution sections, the John J. Gibbons American Inns of Court and the Sidney Reitman American Inns of Court.
