Biography:
Mr. Gennaro primarily practices in the area of insurance law litigation, with a focus on Director and Officer insurance law.
Mr. Gennaro is the co-author, along with Partner Jeffrey O'Hara, of the article "Be Wary of Independent Tort Claims for Spoliation of Evidence," published in the July 2004 issue of For The Defense. For The Defense is published by The Defense Research Institute (DRI), the national association of defense trial lawyers and corporate counsel, comprised of 22,000 members. For The Defense is DRI's flagship publication, distributed monthly to all members and sitting judges throughout the United States.
In addition, Mr. Gennaro and Mr. O'Hara are the authors of the Special Feature Article "The Duty Of Corporate Counsel To Preserve Evidence," published in the September 2004 issue of The Metropolitan Corporate Counsel.
